💡 What is our project about?

The project “Online courses for the MENA region” is an initiative of the IT-Department of the German Archaeological Institute. The courses are organized in connection with the Archaeological Heritage Network (ArcHerNet), and with the generous funding by the Federal Foreign Office supported by the German Federal Parliament. They are part of the program “KulturGutRetter – An emergency mechanism for cultural heritage in crisis situations”, which is currently being developed by the DAI.

Who can apply?
- Students in their graduation year and fresh graduates of archeology, architecture, history and cultural heritage related disciplines
- People with proven interest in topics related to cultural heritage conservation and preservation, especially during and after conflicts

Where do the courses take place?
The courses are held via Zoom
What do I need to participate in the courses?
You need a smartphone, laptop, stable internet connection and headsets
